JRGD Business Maintenance Retainer Contract
Your 12 Month Business Website Maintenance Agreement commences once your initial invoice is processed. This is billed monthly in advance and Includes:
Website hosting, site security, weekly site backups, wordpress core framework maintenance & site plugin updates. Up to 10hrs per calendar month website updates & changes includes: text changes, blog/news updates, new blog article, content management, add links, update links, new image upload, new menu item, new PDF uploads, link PDF, or slider/banner updates. Per calendar month commencing first day of each month. Non-cumulative. Additional changes incur a fee of $149 per hr. Does not include: copywriting, copy editing, photography, product configuration, product photography, photoshop editing, custom HTML coding, eCommerce*, web programming, third party software integration or plugin fees, UI design or development, design revamp, form editing, search engine optimisation, logo design, branding and graphic design services which are all offered at additional cost.
*eCommerce / Online Stores & Cart plugins: All eCommerce Development billed at hourly rate. $149/hr. eg. Paypal payment gateway integration. Security certificate implementation. Custom payment gateway integration, product uploads, product image editing, web programming, cart software troubleshooting & updates, form editing.
All website design & web maintenance products listed on this website comprise a hosted solution, with your maintenance, site security, content updates and changes included (see specific package for details). This is not standalone hosting, and does not include cpanel access or email hosting. Should it be deemed necessary to have your site developed and hosted on another third party server, different pricing applies, we will send you a proposal including scope of works and project quote. In such a case, your website would be developed on JRGD servers to the fulfilment of the scope of works set out in quotation. Site would be tested and signed off on JRGD servers by the client and, once paid for in full, dispatched to the client for supply to their hosting provider. Should any unforeseen technical issues arise in the migration process or further development work is required after sign off by client, or additional technical consultation is required post-dispatch, these services are chargeable at the standard rate of $149 per hour. JRGD can provide no guarantee that site functionality will not be compromised on a third party server and upon website handover JRGD takes no responsibility for continuity of service, site backup or ongoing website maintenance.
